Homer Simpson Powers-Up A Plan
Homer Simpson is a hardworking man. As long as we have known him he has been employed in the very demanding job as the Chief Safety Inspector at the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant, a job that will continue even after the electricty generating plant itself is decommissioned; this is because the spent nuclear fuel will be highly radioactive for tens of thousands of years.
The Simpsons Television show was first broadcast in 1987! The Simpsons has become more than an "animated" entertainment, a "cartoon" for adults. The Simpsons has become a vehicle for the expression of the anxieties Americans face in their daily lives brought on by events beyond their control.
Through all the years and conflicts illustrated on The Simpsons Homer Simpson has remained the loving husband and father. Homer Simpson looks around him and notices what is not there anymore, the washer and dryer factory, the auto plant where the Guzzleourgas Sports Monstrosity Vehicles were assembled from steel parts made from iron ore mined outside Springfield and made into steel with the heat produced from the coal extracted from Springfield Coal upstate; all those enterprises are gone...to China and Mexico.
Homer Simpson realizes that his son Bart (Bartholomew Jojo Simpson) will not be in the fourth grade forever and his college education at South Hampton Institute of Technology will cost tens of thousands of dollars. Bart's gradepoint average will not be high enough for him to attend Springfield college, the state school, which seeks as many foreign students as it can enroll because they can pay higher tuition fees than American high school graduates.
Homer told his beautiful wife, Marge " I have a great way to solve our college fund problem. You can rent your womb to a rich childless couple so they can have a baby of their very own."
Marge replied "Are you crazy? I'm not going to be a surrogate mother."
"C'mon, Marge we're a team. It's uter-us, not uter-you.
Homer Simpson realized that he would have to find another way to make the money that Bart Simpson's college education would demand in ever-increasing amounts as Bart continued applying to the few private schools that would possibly admit him. (Please note: This is a story contrivance known as a flashfoward, it really doesn't have to make sense, but it moves the story along.)
Homer was sitting on the couch watching television when a commerical for a real estate seminar being held at a local hotel was broadcast featuring Ronald Blackjack the New Jersey billionaire who had made his first fortune in residential real estate. Everybody in America was familar with his smiling face underneath his distinctive hair style.
The next day at work at, Homer went online and found the Real Estate Goldmine
