Homer Simpson Powers-Up A Plan
Homer Simpson is a hardworking man. As long as we have known him he has been employed in the very demanding job as the Chief Safety Inspector at the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant, a job that will continue even after the electricty generating plant itself is decommissioned; this is because the spent nuclear fuel will be highly radioactive for tens of thousands of years.
The Simpsons Television show was first broadcast in 1987! The Simpsons has become more than an "animated" entertainment, a "cartoon" for adults. The Simpsons has become a vehicle for the expression of the anxieties Americans face in their daily lives brought on by events beyond their control.
Through all the years and conflicts illustrated on The Simpsons Homer Simpson has remained the loving husband and father. Homer Simpson looks around him and notices what is not there anymore, the washer and dryer factory, the auto plant where the Guzzleourgas Sports Monstrosity Vehicles were assembled from steel parts made from iron ore mined outside Springfield and made into steel with the heat produced from the coal extracted from Springfield Coal upstate; all those enterprises are gone...to China and Mexico.
Homer Simpson realizes that his son Bart (Bartholomew Jojo Simpson) will not be in the fourth grade forever and his college education at South Hampton Institute of Technology will cost tens of thousands of dollars. Bart's gradepoint average will not be high enough for him to attend Springfield college, the state school, which seeks as many foreign students as it can enroll because they can pay higher tuition fees than American high school graduates.
Homer told his beautiful wife, Marge " I have a great way to solve our college fund problem. You can rent your womb to a rich childless couple so they can have a baby of their very own."
Marge replied "Are you crazy? I'm not going to be a surrogate mother."
"C'mon, Marge we're a team. It's uter-us, not uter-you.
Homer Simpson realized that he would have to find another way to make the money that Bart Simpson's college education would demand in ever-increasing amounts as Bart continued applying to the few private schools that would possibly admit him. (Please note: This is a story contrivance known as a flashfoward, it really doesn't have to make sense, but it moves the story along.)
Homer was sitting on the couch watching television when a commerical for a real estate seminar being held at a local hotel was broadcast featuring Ronald Blackjack the New Jersey billionaire who had made his first fortune in residential real estate. Everybody in America was familar with his smiling face underneath his distinctive hair style.
The next day at work at, Homer went online and found the Real Estate Goldmine

Johnny Depp's Pirates Save Walt Disney Studios
Hollywood had been in a boxoffice revenue slump for three years running until the spring of 2006. It took the release of Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest a Walt Disney Studios film, starring Johnny Depp as Pirate Jack Sparrow and doing $133 million dollars worth of ticket sales on it's opening weekend to really prove that Hollwood's cash-flow crisis was over.
Johnny Depp leading the way for Hollywoods money moguls to invest $250 million in making Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest; it has been estimated that another $100 will have been spent to advertise and market the movie.
Johnny Depp, has redefined the term Blockbuster in Hollywood.
Johnny Depp gave a great performance in the first installment: Pirates of the Caribbean-The Curse of the Black Pearl which is available on DVD.
Geoffrey Rush, Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightly co-star in this entertaining adventure.
Johnny Depp moved to France to live with his family when he is not filming in hollywood. He did this in part to be able to live a regular life, without the constant attention of the media. Now that he is at the top level of the acting profession he doesn't have to attend the many Hollywood functions that keep actors' images in the entertainment publications and in producers and casting directors minds, raising consciousness of their desirability for their latest projects.
Will Johnny Depp be content with merely being the most popular actor in the world? With his intelligence and ability to pick the perfect script will he become a director?

Donald Trump: Real Estate No Gamble
Donald Trump, Master of Televisions The Apprentice made his money in the real estate business before evolving upward into stratospheric office and residential towers in Manhattan, and now Las vegas.
Donald Trump has new residential towers going up in Las Vegas as part of partnerships with other developers. Las Vegas is the number-one growth market for residential housing of all types due to the explosive growth in the population of the gambling and entertainment capital of the United States. Las Vegas casino-resorts offer golf tournaments and art museums as well as the World Series of Poker Tournament and Broadway Stage shows that we are familiar with. Every type of musical entertainment is available also.
Donald Trump's first success as a real estate developer was in the "multi-family housing" that was encouraged by local governments in the 1970's. The Federal Government also encourages this type of development through it's various generous financing programs. These are also available to the small investor because the Federal Government wants to stimulate the development of "affordable housing".
The book How to Make Money in Commercial Real Estate: For The Small Investor by Nicholas Masters http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/asin/0471752614/ref=nosim/your_httpgetoveblo-20_id
goes into the various methods of locating properties with profit potential.
Actually, most real estate can be classified as "commercial real estate". Dr. Jerry Buss, owner of the Los Angeles Lakers National Basketball Association team made his initial money by buying-up residential houses in the Phoenix Arizona area when it first became a retirement area. He would buy many of the houses at foreclosure sales, giving them a coat of paint and new carpeting, then renting them to the thousands of retirees that were moving to the desert, to play golf year-around.
The volume The Pre-Foreclosure Property Investor's Kit: How to Make Money Buying Distressed Real Estate--Before the Public Auction
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/asin/0471692794/ref=nosim/your_httpgetoveblo-20_id
discusses the steps the small investor can take to purchase properties before the information on them is made available to the public.
Donald Trump had to start somewhere, and is wasn't with Trump Tower, but with residential housing that he parlayed into larger properties.

Teri Hatcher's Philosophy On Dating: Burnt Toast

Teri Hatcher, the Desperate Housewife won an Emmy Award for playing the role of "Susan Mayer" so well.
She attracted the interest and sympathy of the American television audience by splitting up with her husband, who still loves her, and striving to "make it" on her own (while raising her teenage daughter) while living on "Wysteria Lane" where the immediate neighbors all have intriguing stories of their own eharmonyous relationships with their husbands, children, children to-be, gardeners and a dentist. "Hysteria Lane" would be an appropriate alternate name for this street where we all live for an hour on Sunday nights. eHarmony is what most of us are looking for when we engage in a dating relationship, Teri Hatcher has had love found and love lost just like the rest of us.
Now Teri Hatcher has enprosed a book for us, Burnt Toast: And Other Philosophies of Life a Hyperion book. It will be interesting to see what she has to say about her life's experiences that we have become familiar with in the last several television seasons.

I prose that celebrelationships reveal the underlying influences that condition the behavior of individuals in our society, perhaps Burnt Toast: And Other Philosophies of life will expand our knowledge of our selves.
Dating has become, like many other facets of our lives, an increasingly more complicated proposition. Where we used to meet dating prospects at school or work we now have MySpace and other Inet friend finders where we have great-expectations of meeting that perfect match.
The more we learn about ourselves and what we expect from our relationships, the better those relationships will be, maybe.

Scientific Method for eHarmonyous Relationships
Looking for love in all the wrong places is what most of us do in our search for that one special person that will make our lives complete. eHarmony is an online "dating service" with a scientific method for choosing whom to respond to in it's listings. eHarmony was conceived and developed by Neil Clark Warren to eliminate the random aspects of other online "dating services".
eHarmony is premised on Matching up people that you are truely compatible with. eHarmony Compatibility Matching has the goal of helping it's subscribers find loving, lasting relationships. That's why I quotation marked "dating service"; eHarmony is not for those interested in casual dating.
eHarmony's Mission Statement: To empower people with the knowledge and inspiration needed to grow and strengthen their most important relationships for a lifetime of happiness.
eHarmony has a Personality Profile that may take you an hour to complete. Your personality type will be analyzed by scientifically developed software to determine what profiles you will receive on your email. Once you purchase a subscription you will be able to select which other members to answer 5 multiple choice questions you would like answered. They in turn will be able to respond with 5 questions that they consider most important to be answered.
Exchanging likes and dislikes, "truthfulness, keeps promises", will provide members that are in your Matching Model.
The eHarmony method elminates the random process that most of us have been using to select life partners which was determined for us by cultural customs that were adopted when western societies moved away from "arranged marriages."
By eliminating the "99.7% of people that are not right for you" right from the start of the process, time and emotional energy are saved that can be better spent learning what makes a successfull relationship work.

The rise in No Limit Texas HoldEm popularity has contributed to the decline if video game sales year-over-year.

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott's Fiji Hitch
Eloping, there is a word you don't hear very often. It has a meaning that connotates rejecting the customs and beliefs of the bride and groom's families to be joined in matrimony without their witnessing it.
Weddings, with all the ceremony and accompanying expenses for the brides and bridesmaids dresses and accessories and the groom's and best man's tuxedos, not to mention the wedding invitations to be elegantly engraved and hand addressed by a callagrapher, can be expensive.
Torrie Spelling, 33, and Dean McDermott, six years older, met in 2005 while filming Mind Over Murder. As is the case with so many Celebrelationships, they were both at the the time married. Writer Charlie Shanian, 40, was Tori's husband and Mary Jo Eustace, 48, was wedded to Mr. McDermott.
Romantic interludes during the long waits between takes are common on movie sets and the time away from the relationship that the filming and promotion schedule imposes causes seperation anxiety in marriages where the partners have not spent enough time together to fully bond.
Mary Jo Eustace is supposed to looking for an agent to represent her in her novel efforts: My Husband Left Me for Tori Spelling, who married Dean McDermott on the island of Fiji on May 7.
